MORGAN LEMP, LCSW

Have you recently experienced a loss, a chronic medical diagnosis, or struggling with
anxiety and depression? Often, change can cause us to feel as though life is out of our
control. I believe we all have the wisdom and intuition to live our best lives. But, at times
we can all use guidance finding the right path. My job is to offer support and help you

acquire insight so that you can achieve your treatment goals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with
clients in a variety of backgrounds. My areas of specialization include grief and loss,
major life transitions, and chronic health conditions. I have extensive experience
working with those facing end of life issues through my work as a hospice social worker.
I enjoy collaborating with medical professionals, family, friends, and caregivers in order
to help you obtain your best quality of life.

I am currently undergoing training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  ACT utilizes acceptance and mindfulness strategies, together with commitment and behavior change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.

Kelly McGinnis, LSW

I believe strongly in contributing to the community. I seek to give back to my community through my work with the United Nations Association of Boulder County, where I sit on the board, supervise interns, and co-chair the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. I believe in a humanistic approach that values each individual for their inherent self-worth and wisdom. I use a largely non-authoritative style that works on guiding you towards your own truth through a series of open-ended questions, somatic and mindfulness based tools, and focused attention in a safe and accepting relational environment. I specialize in parenting challenges, family systems, relationships, depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem, and PTSD. I believe that no one is “broken” we just get “stuck” in different states or patterns and, like stepping in deep mud, we all need help getting “unstuck” from time to time. It is my honor and privilege to offer a hand when you find yourself stuck knee deep in the muck.
