My goal is to provide support, empathy, and guidance while utilizing a non-judgmental and client-centered approach to therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with a wide array of clients, which includes survivors of domestic violence, developmentally disabled individuals, older adults, caregivers, hospice patients, young adults, children experiencing mental health and behavioral issues, and parents. I believe in a holistic, client centered approach with an emphasis on support, compassion and guidance. I strive to create a safe, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where you will feel comfortable expressing difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

WENDY ROTA, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twenty years of experience working with the elderly, older adults, those living with a disability, chronic illness, chronic pain, and survivors of trauma. I have provided home based services for those living in the community, in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and independent living facilities. I believe in a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client that focuses on the client as the locus of control in their lives. I utilize a person-centered approach with an emphasis on the strengths perspective. My areas of focus include loss and grief, end of life changes, compassion fatigue, mindfulness, trauma through different stages of life, anxiety and depression.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over ten years experience working with older adults, families, and children. I have worked with diverse clients in a variety of settings including homes, offices, outdoors, facilities, and telephonic. I form partnerships with my clients so we can collaboratively utilize your strengths to challenge negative beliefs and achieve positive outcomes. I believe in creating a safe place for therapy in order to explore your thoughts, fears, beliefs, and difficult feelings. Each client has a unique life experience and set of challenges. Together we can develop a treatment plan that is specific to your goals. My areas of focus include phase of life changes, grief and loss, significant life stress and next steps, depression and anxiety, and health issues. JEAN BOGAR, LCSW
I have over 20 years experience working with the elderly in a variety of settings including in home and telephonic care. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities in order to help navigate through all aspects of life. I am passionate about implementing a multi-disciplinary approach in which I coordinate care with families, caregivers, and health teams. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to: grief, anxiety, depression, managing medical issues, acute and chronic health conditions, isolation and phase of life problems. Together, we will create and implement a treatment plan based on your individual needs.
